Job Summary
UDT LLC is seeking an experienced Construction Site Superintendent to lead our job sites and keep projects safe, organized, and moving forward. In this role, you will coordinate subcontractors, work closely with the Project Manager, and keep project documentation and equipment secure. The ideal candidate takes pride in running a safe, efficient job site and brings proven superintendent experience.
Hours are Monday – Friday 7 am – 3:30
Office and yard are located in Newburg, MO at the Jerome exit.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining a thorough knowledge of all aspects of plans and specifications per project.
- Communicate diligently with the Project Manager
- Coordinate subcontractor work during the course of the project
- Maintain project logs and documentation in Sage 300
- Properly classify each man per occupational trade under the current and most recent occupational standards documentation for prevailing wage projects.
- Attend all progress meetings and/or site walkthrough visits.
- Be onsite any time that work is being performed onsite or deliveries are scheduled
- Maintain ALL aspects of security for all equipment, trailers, tools, vehicles, etc. during the course of a project.
- Ensure OSHA standards and project specific jobsite safety are abided by at all times – Including but not limited to: hard hats, safety glasses, proper footwear, and fall hazard precautions.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years as a Project Superintendent.
- Valid drivers license.
